Job Description
Ensure full legal, contractual, and safety compliance in public procurement projects by managing subcontractors, partnerships, and documentation across tendering and execution phases.
Your role

Formalize collaboration agreements and mandate regulations with third parties during tendering and post-award phases.

Manage notarial deeds for the constitution of Temporary Business Associations (ATI).

Collect, verify, and formalize subcontractor documentation and certifications in line with applicable legal requirements, including managing subcontracting requests on behalf of associates.

Maintain and organize dedicated archives related to public procurement processes.

Coordinate and submit to client Philips safety documentation for subcontractors, sub-suppliers, and associates to clients, ensuring completeness and compliance.

Request and oversee technical-professional suitability checks and validate the minimum content of Operational Safety Plans (P.O.S.), ensuring compliance with Philips standards (P.O.S.) and the client鈥檚 Safety and Coordination Plans (PSC)

Act as a key interface with safety stakeholders (e.g., Safety Technical Director, Safety Coordinator during execution), ensuring effective communication and compliance throughout project execution.

Manage and maintain safety documentation archives in accordance with Legislative Decree 81/2008 and subsequent updates, ensuring regulatory compliance and accessibility.
You鈥檙e the right fit if you have

Master or bachelor degree or an equivalent combination of related experience and technical education.

Experience managing documentation, contracts, and legal formalization processes (e.g., ATI, subcontracting, notarial acts).

Understanding of public procurement processes, subcontracting regulations, and safety compliance (including familiarity with Legislative Decree 81/2008) is a plus.

High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex documentation and multiple stakeholders in a structured and compliant way.

Fluent in English (verbal and written), in addition to Italia as local language.
