Operating the CEE Paid Media Hub: define governance, processes, standards, and delivery rhythms across markets.

Coordinating and steer agency delivery across CEE (SLA, scope, prioritization, optimization routines, escalation paths, quarterly business reviews).

Defining and evolve the CEE Paid & Retail Media strategy (objectives, channel roles, budget principles, full-funnel approach)- and look for relevant agencies that can support across the region- especially with the focus on marketplaces

Leading multi-market planning for always-on and burst activations; align calendars, briefs, KPI frameworks, and market deliverables.

Translating commercial priorities (category/product/seasonality) into actionable, market-ready media plans for D2C and Marketplaces

Overseeing campaign setup and optimization across relevant channels (Search, Social, Display/Video, Programmatic, Marketplace/ Retail Media—depending on market setup).

Establishing best practices and enforce execution quality (account structure, naming conventions, tracking requirements, creative specifications, brand safety).

Running periodic quality audits across markets/agencies; implement corrective action plans and continuous improvement.

Leading the CEE Marketplace Media approach: partner selection, activation frameworks, measurement standards, and scalable playbooks.

Coordinating regional JBPs with retailers/marketplaces and media partners: joint objectives, investment plans, activation calendars, governance, and performance reviews.

Aligning Marketplace Media activity with e-commerce, sales, and trade marketing on promo calendars, assortment focus, and onsite/offsite execution.

Developing the general Marketplace communication and disseminates it on a channel level for different regions

Maintaining strong knowledge of CEE market dynamics: key retailers/marketplaces, media landscapes, consumer behavior, and competitive activity.

Tracking and operationalize paid media and retail media trends (platform changes, automation, privacy/targeting shifts, new formats) into test-and-learn roadmaps.

Owning the regional KPI framework (e.g., ROAS/CPA/CAC, revenue, incrementality, new-to-brand, SOV, reach/frequency, viewability where relevant).

Building a consistent regional reporting rhythm and ensure insights translate into actions (budget shifts, creative iteration, audience refinement).

Partnering with analytics/data teams on attribution, incrementality testing, tracking quality, and data integrity (e.g., GA4/ad server/consent environment).

Managing regional budget governance: forecasting, reallocations, investment cases, and cost control.

Collaborating with finance/procurement on agency and partner commercial frameworks and compliance with internal policies.

Driving stakeholder alignment across local markets, e-commerce, sales/trade, category teams, and agencies.
