IP Business Partner Oral Healthcare
Job Description
As an IP Business Partner for Oral Healthcare, you lead the development and execution of the IP strategy for the business, ensuring strong alignment with business priorities and maximizing value through comprehensive IP management, protection, and enforcement.
Your role:

Translate business strategy into a robust IP approach, driving growth, differentiation, and competitiveness.

Act as a strategic partner to the business, providing IP insights, risk assessments, and external perspectives through competitor and market analysis.

Drive execution of the IP&S strategy, managing and optimizing a broad IP portfolio including patents, design rights, and trademarks, ensuring strong and consistent protection of innovations and brand assets.

Oversee end-to-end IP activities, including portfolio development, risk assessments, and addressing legal and market complexities.

Lead global enforcement and brand protection efforts, safeguarding the business against infringement, counterfeiting, and misuse of intellectual property and brand assets.

Ensure effective IP risk management, aligning mitigation strategies with business goals and safeguarding critical assets.

Lead a team within IP&S, promoting collaboration and consistent execution of IP priorities.

Contribute to global IP initiatives and standards, ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives.

Drive operational excellence, including planning, prioritization, and continuous improvement of IP processes.
You're the right fit if:

Master's Degree Science, Engineering, or a related field) and is a qualified European Patent Attorney.

Minimum 10+ years of experience in Intellectual Property, including IP strategy, portfolio management, IP counseling, and experience in soft-IP matters such as designs, copyright and trademarks.

Demonstrated experience in people management, with the ability to lead and develop teams
-
Proven track record in a PH related market environment, (fast-moving consumer goods).

Experience in a Business Partnering role is preferred, including managing and influencing senior stakeholders.

Confident and credible personality, with the ability to build trust and drive outcomes.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to clearly articulate challenges and propose effective solutions.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, simple, and actionable messages
-
Fluency in English at a minimum of C1 level.
