Global Supplier Account Manager Service Repair and Installations
Job Description
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Drive strategic supplier relationships within Service, Repair & Installations that deliver sustainable business value by improving cost, performance, innovation, and risk management across the global supply base.
You are responsible for

Own and manage end-to-end strategic supplier relationships within Service, Repair & Installations, ensuring alignment with category a=nd business strategies.

Develop and execute supplier account strategies, including performance, cost competitiveness, innovation opportunities, and contract frameworks.

Drive supplier performance management through scorecards, structured reviews, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.

Lead and execute negotiation strategies and roadmaps, leveraging standard methodologies to deliver measurable top- and bottom-line impact.

Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration between Procurement, Business, and Suppliers to ensure one consistent supplier approach and execution excellence.

Manage supplier competition and development programs to drive cost efficiency, innovation, and long-term value creation.

Ensure contract compliance, risk management, and regulatory adherence, including financial exposure, operational risk, and sustainability requirements.

Monitor execution of supplier-related projects and ensure alignment between supplier commitments and business delivery.
You are a part of
Category team Service Repair and Installations in the cluster Medical ODM & Markets part of Direct Procurement organization.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field

Proven experience in procurement, supplier management, or sourcing within an international and matrix organization

Strong track record in strategic negotiation, contract management, and supplier strategy development

Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and cross-functional collaboration

Strong analytical and commercial mindset with a focus on cost optimization, performance improvement, and innovation

Experience with risk management, compliance, and regulatory frameworks, ideally within a healthcare or regulated environment

Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus .

Experience in Service, Repair, Installations, Field Service or Aftermarket environments is strongly preferred.
