The Commercial Growth & Portfolio Excellence Leader, Grooming & Beauty is the commercial growth integrator for the G&B business. The role connects Business, Regions, Markets, Commercial Excellence, Marketing CoE, RGM, Finance, ISC and Customer teams to ensure that portfolio choices, pricing, promotions, GTM plans, media investments and AI-enabled processes operate as one integrated growth system.
This role defines the HOW of commercial growth for G&B: the frameworks, guardrails, governance, tools, insights, performance rhythm and AI-enabled processes that enable Regions and Markets to execute with greater focus, speed and profitability.

Portfolio Excellence — the right portfolio, based on the right consumer and market insights, in the right markets, through the right channels and customers. RGM & GTM Excellence — profitable growth through disciplined pricing, promotions, mix, trade terms, media ROI, channel strategy and customer choices. AI-enabled Transformation — redesigning key commercial processes end-to-end, using G&B as proof of concept and scaling winning models across PH.
It is a commercial growth architecture role that turns strategy into execution discipline.
The role leads three strategic growth engines:

Portfolio Excellence – defining the right portfolio by market, channel and customer, grounded in strong consumer and market insights.

RGM & GTM Excellence – driving profitable growth through pricing, promotions, mix, assortment, trade terms and channel strategy.

AI-enabled Transformation – redesigning commercial processes using AI to improve speed, decision quality and scalability.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end G&B portfolio agenda, including portfolio governance, lifecycle management, PIPO, NPI and Global Line Chart processes.

Translate consumer, shopper, customer and market insights into winning portfolio architecture and GTM choices.

Improve portfolio productivity by reducing complexity, strengthening hero propositions and improving lifecycle profitability.

Define and deploy RGM principles across pricing, promotions, mix, GTN and channel strategy to improve margin and commercial performance.

Partner with Finance and Commercial Analytics to build integrated performance dashboards and commercial decision tools.

Lead AI-enabled transformation across portfolio, pricing, promotions, line charts, assortment and performance management processes.

Build cross-functional governance and decision-making routines across Business, Regions and Markets.
Success Measures
Success is measured by improved portfolio productivity, stronger hero SKU performance, better price realization and margin, improved promo ROI, stronger execution and availability, faster decision-making and measurable AI-driven business impact.
Experience needed for the role:

15+ years of experience in commercial leadership, portfolio management, RGM, marketing, sales strategy or business transformation.

Strong experience in FMCG, personal care, beauty, grooming or consumer health.

Deep understanding of portfolio strategy, pricing, promotions, GTM and lifecycle management.

Strong financial and analytical capabilities, with experience in complex global matrix organizations.

Experience with the Grooming and Beauty portfolio

Experience with analytics, dashboards, AI-enabled tools or digital transformation preferred.
Leadership Capabilities
Systems thinker with strong business ownership and execution focus. Able to simplify complexity, influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional transformation in fast-changing environments.
