DX Installed base and Contract’s Manager
Job Description
Drive and manage the execution of Direct Export (PMSN BV) activities across different Go-to-Market models, ensuring compliant installed base and contract definition and management. The role ensures full alignment with legal, fiscal, regulatory, and financial requirements, safeguarding governance and business integrity.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for complex and exceptional Direct Export installed base and contract management cases, providing guidance, problem resolution, and expert input where standard processes do not apply.
Support global process improvement initiatives in close collaboration with the Business Process Owner, contributing to the design, optimization, and standardization of end-to-end processes.
Serve as a reliable backup resource for the Field Change Order (FCO) team, ensuring continuity, accuracy, and operational support when required.
Your role:
Installed Base management

Translate Direct Export (DX) Go to Market models to Installed Base Business Models.

Translate & Localize IB processes for executing IB management within Direct Export (DX).

Define escalation process for nonstandard IB load complexities.

Manage nonstandard exceptional Installed Base, i.e. LSP’s, HCIS, SMA’s, BIU’s PMI’s, Trade Partner termination and onboarding

Drive and guide the PCC teams (including KPIs) on accurate IB creation in scope of Direct Export
Installed base maintenance

Define framework for Installed Base compliance for IB maintenance in accordance with the objective evidence matrix and EU MDR.

Provide requirements to BPE to structural solve process gaps

Manage nonstandard IB escalations and where possible define new standards

Team up with the DX FCO managers to provide a framework for maximum IB & FCO compliance. Track movement of missing IB through supply chain and partner channels.
Contract & billing management

Ensure that CS PMSN BV contract & billing processes adhere to legal, financial and accounting standards.

Translate & localize global contract & billing processes for executing contract management within Direct Export.

Own the Direct Export contract & billing management process
-
Manage exceptional nonstandard contracts: LSP’s, TIBA’s, new business BIU’s, SMA’s, HCIS, RSITP, Maximizer.

Be available during quarter-end and year-end periods, as these activities are time-sensitive and critical to business operations.

Drive and guide the PCC teams (including KPIs) on contract and billing in scope of Direct Export

Monitor and drive performance PCC as DX SME (control tower)

Support PCC on structural problem solving

Ensure having a Helicopter view on the DX Installed base & Contract/ Billing process execution and steer where needed

Support design and Monthly execution Direct export (DX) KPI framework

Continuously define and implement quality and efficiency improvements of the IB and Contract mgt process.

Define requirements and implement supporting (IT) tools.

Train PCC teams when needed
You're the right fit if:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field, or vocational education in Business, Sales, Contract Management, or equivalent.

No prior experience required with a Bachelor’s degree, or minimum 4 years of relevant experience with vocational education.
-
Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements, including legal, fiscal, and compliance aspects.

Experience in Customer Service or Customer Relations.
-
Experience in Install Base Management.
-
Experience working with Partner Channels.
-
Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage priorities effectively.
-
Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
-
Stress resistant, able to cope with high workload peaks.
-
Able to communicate on multi-functional, operational, and high management levels.
-
Able to manage multifunctional teams, driving escalations to solution.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
