CAS Leader Imaging Benelux
Job Description
Play a vital role in increasing customer satisfaction and efficiency in the training and demonstration of our products and solutions to our customers. Key contribution to sustainable market share growth of our Imaging businesses in the Benelux.
Your role:

Lead and develop a team of Clinical Applications Specialists (MR, CT, and DXR).

Provide clinical application training and support to end customers.

Deliver clinical support for tenders, solutions, education, and applications.

Oversee aftermarket services and related clinical strategies.
-
Manage customer relationships, including supporting the resolution of customer concerns and escalations.

Analyze operational processes and escalation procedures, and perform training needs assessments.

Develop and implement procedures to ensure the team complies with defined processes and standards.

Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Translate assigned objectives into clear plans and effectively allocate resources to meet schedules and goals.

Provide leadership and guidance to team members within established company policies.

Recommend policy improvements and establish procedures that impact the immediate organization.

Optimize customer support to improve customer satisfaction, particularly at defined reference sites, and increase NPS and win rates, especially within the installed base (retention rate).

Drive the transformation toward more efficient training methods, including remote, online, and self-training solutions, to ensure best-in-class capabilities.

Partner with the Sales team in pre-sales activities to maximize business results, particularly related to upgrades within the installed base.

Address complex issues requiring analysis of diverse data and evaluation of multiple factors, including current business trends.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the market to optimize processes through the application of lean methodology.

Cooperate with international markets to share and implement best practices.
You're the right fit if:

Min. 5 years experience in Diagnostic Imaging.

Experience working in a clinical environment.
-
Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working, including strong analytical abilities.

Ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels.
-
Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
-
Willingness and ability to travel across the Benelux.
-
Educational experience as a professor or teacher is considered a plus.
-
Fluent in English (verbal and written), in addition to the local language.
