Job Description
The Business Capability Expert [I2M Domain] is responsible for evaluating and improving business processes to identify opportunities for enhancement, leading to improved business outcomes for the domain responsible for. The role works with limited supervision, contributes to the development of strategic plans and business cases, shaping organizational policies and conducts workshops to foster cross-departmental collaboration. The role develops comprehensive roadmaps for business capabilities, ensures operational compliance and productivity, engages with Central Functions and Local Process Owners and aligns capability improvements with organizational goals. The role analyzes emerging technologies and industry trends for potential integration, drives effective communication strategies, and reviews lessons learned to guide future enhancements. The role nurtures organizational competencies and coaches diverse talent to support overall success.
Job Responsibilities

Evaluates business processes to uncover and articulate opportunities for enhancing business capabilities, leading to the development of detailed business cases and strategic plans for improvement.

Contributes to the development, modification, and execution of organizational policies, impacting immediate operations and potentially affecting the broader organization.

Organizes workshops and cross-functional meetings to ensure comprehensive understanding and collaboration between different departments during the implementation of new capabilities.

Develops a thorough roadmap for end-to-end business capabilities, ensuring compliance with operational standards while optimizing value delivery and productivity to drive profitable growth.

Engages with Central Functions, Centers of Excellence (CoEs), and Local Process Owners/Experts to collect requirements for business capability improvements, ensuring enhancements align with organizational goals and objectives.

Analyzes emerging technologies and industry trends that could influence business capabilities, evaluating potential for integration into existing systems to foster innovation and enhance efficiency.

Drives comprehensive communication strategies to effectively update stakeholders on new capabilities, changes, and enhancements, ensuring clear understanding and alignment with organizational objectives.

Reviews detailed records of lessons learned from projects to guide future enhancements of business capabilities, ensuring insights are leveraged to improve practices and prevent the recurrence of previous issues.

Fosters the development of organizational competencies, ensuring required expertise and skills are cultivated and aligned with the effective execution of business capabilities, supporting overall organizational success.

Coaches a group of diverse talent to develop their skills and ensure achievement of individual and team goals.
You're the right fit if you have the following skills and experience:

Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 3 years of experience with Master's. Certifications in areas such as Project Management, Change Management, Risk Management or equivalent would be an added value.

Expertise in I2M domain & digital capabilities i.e. Familiar with [i] I2M Technology/Tooling/AI capabilities landscape [ALM, PLM and MBSE], [ii] I2M processes and capability enablement for processes [iii] Innovation enablement via digital channels.

Experience in leading / orchestrating, Business process design / transformation projects and/or IT capability enablement projects.

Strong business acumen with proven experience in operational and process management, including KPI monitoring, data management and regulatory compliance.

Skilled in stakeholder engagement, continuous improvement initiatives and benchmarking.

Capable of driving process enhancements and managing training delivery to support organizational development.

The Imaging BPSE organization responsible for helping translate value creation opportunities identified in the Imaging BUs [MR, CT/AMI and DXR] into portfolio capability roadmaps & seeing them through to fruition.
