Job Description
Key Responsibilities聽

Provide technical and functional support for Customer Service systems, including SAP S/4HANA,聽Peppol, Basware, and Esker聽

Act as SAP S/4HANA Super User, troubleshooting issues and supporting smooth daily Customer Service operations聽

Develop,聽maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports to support data-driven management decisions聽

Deliver regular performance reporting and business analysis to聽monitor聽Customer Service and聽logistics聽effectiveness聽

Coordinate closely with warehouse and third-party聽logistics聽partners on deliveries, damages, discrepancies, and stock reconciliation聽

Prepare and聽consolidate聽monthly reports covering Customer

Service and聽logistics聽activities聽

Perform internal controls across Customer Service and聽logistics, ensuring compliance with Good Distribution Practice and internal procedures聽

Identify聽opportunities to simplify processes, improve ways of working, and support digital automation initiatives聽
Essential Requirements聽

Previous聽experience in customer service,聽logistics聽coordination, or business support, preferably in a regulated industry聽

Hands-on experience with enterprise resource planning systems such as SAP S/4HANA or similar platforms聽

Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and customer service processes, including physical and data flows聽

Proven ability to聽analyse聽data and create insights using Power BI or comparable reporting tools聽

Solid聽organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail聽

Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across functions and stakeholders聽

Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset with openness to digital tools and automation聽

Professional working聽proficiency聽in English, with good command of French and/or Dutch聽
