Currently we are looking for **Senior Project Manager **to join one of our Delivery team.
Responsibilities:

Manage multiple projects (or project portfolio with various teams). Ready to act as PM one project and as Team manager on another account. Be ready to scale to Program manager

Start new projects, run discovery phases
-
Ensure excellence of delivery (SDLC and Delivery indicators)
-
Ensure teams following best practices on the project, ensure smooth processes, and executing process improvements
-
Account management (building and maintenance of relationships with clients, identifying growth opportunities with existing clients, etc.)
-
Establish communication channels with the Client's representatives, and ensure delivery goals are reached
-
Perform all resource management activities
-
Resource planning and staffing
-
Motivate and develop a project/account teams, manage team’s performance appraisals, salary reviews, development plans, etc.
Requirements:
-
5+ years proven experience in IT management
-
3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT service business

Proven experience in project/account start and establishing of all necessary processes on the project/account from scratch
-
Leadership approach, ownership mentality
-
Experience in managing at least 15 subordinates on multiple projects
-
Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban is must. Knowledge of Safe and LeSS would be a plus. PM, Scrum Master experience/certification would be a plus.

Upper-intermediate English written and verbal communication skills

Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management

Reediness for business trips abroad.
