Your mission

You’ll manage the entire employee lifecycle—from onboarding and professional development to offboarding—and ensure an excellent employee experience.

You’ll be responsible for People Operations and ensure that our HR processes run smoothly, reliably, and in compliance with regulations, including data maintenance in our HRIS tool, Personio.

You’ll actively help shape our company culture and support initiatives focused on engagement, feedback, and collaboration.

You’ll work hand in hand with your colleagues to implement innovative People & Culture strategies.

In recruiting, you’ll support our Talent Acquisition Manager, ensuring a strong candidate experience and securing the right profiles to fuel our growth.
Your profile

You have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree with a focus on HR or human resources management.

You have previously worked in a company with around 100 colleagues or more and have demonstrated your skills.

You have some initial experience in HR development and are familiar with administrative HR processes; if you have worked with Personio before, that’s a big plus.

You have excellent communication skills and tact when dealing with employees, as well as a strong service-oriented mindset.

You are fluent in both German and English.
