The purpose of this role is to implement and manage the Accessories Sales Management program in Slovakia for one of our premium automotive partners. The role supports dealer partners through structured sales activities, training, reporting, and market analysis, with the objective of maximizing accessory sales performance, profitability, and overall customer experience across the Slovak market.
Key Responsibilities:

Implement and execute the Accessories Sales Management program for dealers in Slovakia, in line with brand and business objectives.

Act as a field-based sales representative and coach, supporting dealer partners in the sale of Original Accessories.

Plan and conduct regular dealer visits and business meetings, followed by timely and structured reporting

Deliver training sessions for dealer staff, including product introductions, sales techniques, and best practices related to Original Accessories.

Provide ongoing operational and sales support to dealer employees, analyzing performance, identifying market potential, and supporting marketing and promotional activities.
