Moving Doors is a tech-enabled property management and flexible living company providing fully furnished, design-led apartments for mid-to long-term stays. Operating across Limassol, Paphos and Athens, the company combines hospitality standards with technology and operational excellence to deliver a seamless living experience for guests and property owners.
We are currently looking for a part-time Sales Associate to respond to client inquiries during afternoon hours and weekends based on the 3 following availabilities:
- Monday, Tuesday, Friday: 5-9pm & Saturday-Sunday: 10 am-2pm
- Monday to Friday 5-9pm
- Saturday-Sunday: 10 am-3pm
- Saturday-Sunday: 9 am-2 pm
As we are expanding and onboarding new properties, this role will be directly contributing to our expansion by connecting clients with our properties and building lasting relationships. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales or customer support and will excel in client relations, negotiation, and relationship-building.
Requirements

Respond to customer inquiries through property rental platforms through email, chat and phone calls.

Present and negotiate rental options to potential customers

Assist customers throughout the booking process

Manage clients’ contract administration

Coordinate and oversee check-ins and check-outs
Qualifications

Sales or customer service experience

Experience in the hospitality or real estate industry considered a plus

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Greek

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Availability for onsite training during morning hours the first weeks
