Moving Doors is a tech-enabled property management and flexible living company providing fully furnished, design-led apartments for mid- to long-term stays. Operating across Limassol, Paphos and Athens, the company combines hospitality standards with technology and operational excellence to deliver a seamless living experience for guests and property owners.
As we continue to expand, with over 400 units, we are seeking a Real Estate Senior Associate to support the growth of our property portfolio across Athens. Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will play a key role in sourcing and securing high-quality apartments while building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, estate agents, and other partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Property Sourcing & Acquisition

Conduct market research to identify potential properties from landlords, developers, and estate agencies.

Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email outreach, and other channels.

Present Moving Doors’ value proposition clearly and persuasively to potential partners.

Follow up on inbound leads regarding new property opportunities.

Support negotiations on pricing and terms with landlords and estate agents.

Assist with contract preparation and administration.

Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new properties.
Relationship Support & Management

Maintain regular communication with existing landlords, developers and real estate agents in Athens to strengthen partnerships.

Provide updates and relevant information to landlords in collaboration with our legal representatives when needed.

Support property off-boarding processes when required.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Sales and/or Business Development in the real estate industry (in property management or real estate development and hospitality).

Knowledge of rental regulations and legal frameworks in the real estate sector in Greece.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken (an additional language is an advantage).

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Proactive, organized, and results-oriented mindset.

Valid driving license (the roles requires regular drive within Athens).
