**YOUR TASKSÂ **

You’re a great host ensuring your guests enjoy a safe and memorable stayÂ

You are in charge of the well-being of our guests from check-in to check-outÂ

Besides for our guests, you’re also the first point of contact for all other visitors like suppliers and external techniciansÂ
-
You respond to our guests' questions and inquiries and know how to direct them to major sights, local attractions and activitiesÂ
-
You take care of operational and administrative tasks like invoicing, answering e-mails and online requests, upselling, responding to online reviews and much moreÂ
-
You enjoy a diverse, international work environment while we take care of an inclusive oneÂ

You’re flexible and understand working on all days of the week, sometimes early / sometimes late and nightshifts, during weekends and on public holidays comes with the jobÂ

You possess initial experience and are passionate about hospitalityÂ

You have good knowledge of a front office system (e.g. ASSD, Fidelio, SIHOT)Â
