What are we looking for ? Experience requirements:

6+ years in Sales, Sales Ops, Trade/Brand/Category Marketing or Innovation roles, with a proven track record in launches and in-market activation.

Proven delivery of complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.

Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, including with senior leaders, without direct authority.

Ability to convert strategy into execution - playbooks, toolkits, training, and adoption.

Strong commercial and analytical thinking - builds simple business cases, defines KPIs, and makes trade-offs.

Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.
**Desirable experience: **
-
Strong understanding of Royal Canin business model and pet professional recommendation dynamics.

Experience in PRO ecosystems (breeders, shelters, other professionals) or adjacent professional channels (Vet, Pharmacy, B2B).

Exposure to digital marketing, CRM, lifecycle journeys, content, and performance marketing.

Experience with product management / R&D intake, and stage-gate innovation governance.

**What would be your key responsibilities? **

Define and drive the global PRO portfolio and activation strategy, with clear choices, prioritisation, and a strong growth focus.

Translate portfolio and innovation priorities into market-ready activation roadmaps, playbooks, toolkits, training, and launch assets.

Lead cross-functional activation projects with Innovation, R&D, CMI, Brand, Corporate Affairs, Regions, Markets, Sales, Legal, and external agencies.

Build insight-led business cases using market, category, competitor, customer, and PRO ecosystem data.

Partner with regions and key markets to scale global priorities, capture local learnings, and improve activation performance.

Influence senior stakeholders, secure alignment, clarify ownership, and ensure on-time delivery from strategy to execution.
