What will your responsibilities be?

You will act as the primary HR contact for assigned departments, covering the entire employee lifecycle.

Your role will include HR administration such as entering and managing data in HR systems, preparing employment-related documents, as well as regularly meeting with and advising supervisors and managers, and handling ad hoc employee requests.

You will assist with preparing payroll inputs and closing attendance records.

Together, we will plan, organize, and communicate both global and local employee events and contribute to developing the company culture.
Who are we looking for?

You have HR experience, ideally from a manufacturing company and a multinational organization.

You are familiar with labor law.

You have fluent knowledge of Czech, both written and spoken.

Some managers in your departments will be English-speaking, and since we are part of an international structure, English proficiency (ideally at least B2 level) is required.

You can effectively prioritize, deliver tasks on time and with quality, value trust, and are comfortable working autonomously.

You are comfortable navigating systems and applications, including Excel and creating presentations.

Your colleagues will be your internal customers, and a customer-oriented mindset comes naturally to you.
