The role ensures strong customer support, regulatory compliance, cost control, and continuous improvement across technical support, warranty, training, recalls, and dealer quality. Acts as the main interface between dealers and HQ. The role includes leadership of local Aftersales resources within technical support, warranty, and training ensuring clear accountability, performance management, and effective dealer support. Responsibilities: Dealer Technical Support Lead dealer technical support activities (hotline, case management), manage Technical Service Bulletins, and escalate complex technical issues to HQ. Serve as the primary technical contact for the dealer network. Warranty Management Implement and control warranty policies, analyse warranty trends, and support dealers in correct warranty processes and compliance. Technical Training Deploy the technical training strategy for Spain, covering new models, EVs, and ADAS. Ensure certification, launch readiness, and training quality through external training partners. Recalls & Service Campaigns Coordinate recalls and service campaigns, ensuring clear dealer communication, correct execution, completion monitoring, and reporting to HQ and authorities. Dealer Quality & Audits Conduct workshop audits, assess compliance with service and safety standards, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions with dealers. Supplier & Partner Management Manage outsourced technical training providers, ensuring alignment with curricula, quality standards, budgets, and KPIs.
