About the Role
We are looking for a curious, analytical, and impact‑driven Program & Strategy Lead to support the transformation of Maersk’s Landside operations — a multi‑billion‑dollar global business and a key operational priority.
This role helps bring strategic clarity, program discipline, and performance insight across the Landside transformation agenda. You will work as an individual contributor with strong cross‑functional influence, partnering closely with regional operations, engineering, product, analytics, and transformation teams. The work is highly visible, with exposure to Landside leadership and transformation forums.
What You’ll Do

Coordinate and support core governance and operating mechanisms to ensure alignment, transparency, and effective execution

Help shape and evolve performance frameworks and KPIs, using data to drive prioritisation and decision‑making

Own and drive horizontal initiatives that cut across processes, products, and regions

Partner with Center and Area stakeholders to translate initiatives into measurable business and operational outcomes

Support strategic problem‑solving and communicate clear, structured insights to enable leadership decisions
