What will you do:

Collaborate with the Head Chef in developing signature pastry recipes and overseeing production.

Train and guide the pastry team, ensuring precision in techniques and adherence to quality standards.

Manage inventory levels and assist with ingredient procurement and stock control.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pastry kitchen, complying with food safety protocols.

Bring creative ideas for seasonal pastry offerings, keeping the menu fresh and exciting.

Adapt to the fast-paced, dynamic nature of a high-performing kitchen.
What You’ll Need:

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie specializing in pastry, ideally in fine dining or upscale establishments.

A culinary degree or relevant certification in pastry arts (preferred).

Strong knowledge of Mediterranean pastry cuisine and techniques.

A flair for creativity and an eye for detail in pastry presentation.
