What you'll do
-
Enter and maintain master data in the procurement contract system

Verify the accuracy of product data sheets and packaging attachments

Prepare procurement information notices
-
Obtain and manage price-confirming documents from suppliers
-
Maintain continuous communication with managers, other departments, and colleagues both locally and abroad

Advise and support suppliers in filling out product data sheets
About you
-
Higher education or last year student
-
Good English skills (B2 level or higher); German language - advantage
