Lemon Grass is an authentic Thai takeaway and delivery business in Utrecht, known for fresh ingredients, traditional flavors, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. To expand our kitchen team, we are looking for two Independent Working Chefs I who share our passion for Thai food.
Tasks

Independently prepare and pass on authentic dishes.

Guaranteeing quality, taste and presentation according to our standards.

Ensuring compliance with HACCP and hygiene regulations.

Professionally managing the helpers in the kitchen.

Inventory management: ordering, receiving and checking ingredients.

Thinking about new dishes and optimization of work processes.
Requirements

MBO 3 work and thinking level

Stress-resistant, accurate and responsible.

Passion for cooking and an eye for quality.

Demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques
Benefits

Salary between €2,600 – €3,000 gross per month (depending on experience and knowledge).
