As a Technical Service Support in our Cluster, you are at the crossroad between the technicians of our Lely Centers and your peers聽in聽the headquarters (Lely International) in聽Maassluis. You will be part of the Technical Service Support for Feeding & Manure portfolio, pursuing the goal of providing聽a unique聽customer experience. Your call will be to build knowledge through the network of trained technicians and to guarantee that Lely robots are installed,聽maintained聽and updated according to the highest standards聽
What聽will聽you聽do?聽

You will review and聽validate聽Lely solutions in the field, sharing critical information for product improvement and development聽

You ensure that field technicians are well-trained and capable to install and to聽maintain聽Lely products effectively聽

You will visit farms together with the field technicians for supporting during installation and start-up, for training on the field or for the execution of audits聽

You steer best use of Lely Tools & Apps for trouble shooting and data analysis聽

You monthly聽participate聽in the hotline (24/7), providing technical support to the field technicians聽

You will travel occasionally to attend meeting/events at Lely Campus in The Netherlands or in other Clusters (mainly Europe)
