As Team Lead Hub & Tooling, you will build and lead a new team at the heart of Lely's digital operations. With the commercial launch of the Lely Hub approaching, we are forming a dedicated Hub & Tooling team within our Digital Operations Center (DOC). Your mission: ensure reliable, secure day-to-day operations of the Lely Hub and central technician tooling for our customers and colleagues worldwide.

Your team will be operationally end-to-end responsible, from on-farm connectivity and secure access to incident handling and Security Operations. You will define the team's ways of working, shape on-call rotations, and build a culture of post-incident learning that drives structural improvements. As part of the DOC management team, you will help define the vision for the Digital Operations Center, translate it into clear priorities, and align across teams to deliver on it.
One morning you might be deep-diving into a connectivity issue with your team; the next, you're aligning with Product Development on operational readiness for a new rollout. This is a role where operations, product development, and field support come together, and where your leadership directly impacts the experience of farmers and technicians around the world.
We're looking for a hands-on coach who helps a skilled team grow and who rolls up their sleeves to work alongside the team on complex operational challenges when needed.
Your key responsibilities:

People leadership: recruitment, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and growing your team members in their careers.

Running and continuously improving Lely Hub and technician tooling operations, including monitoring, backup and restore, log analysis, robot connectivity checks, secure access, and release/change control.

Creating and owning the Hub & Tooling team roadmap with clear priorities, milestones, and progress reporting.

Owning operational readiness for validation and rollout, aligning on decision moments and ensuring acceptance criteria are met.

Shaping and maintaining clear operational agreements with Product Development and adjacent teams, and reporting on service health, MTBF, MTTR, and the improvement roadmap.

Building strong relationships with Lely Clusters and Lely Centers and translating field feedback into operational improvements.
