We are looking for a proactive and analytically strong professional to join our team as a Tax Reporting & Solutions Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of Client Tax Report production and Withholding Tax reclaim applications, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in alignment with regulatory and internal standards.
YOUR CHALLENGE

Prepare and deliver Client Tax Reports

Process Withholding Tax reclaim applications

Perform complex operational controls and quality checks

Manage incidents, identify root causes, and implement effective resolutions

Handle individual inquiries of high complexity, requiring in-depth analysis and judgment

Provide support and advisory input to the specialist or team lead in resolving critical issues

Contribute to the development and implementation of new solutions and process improvements

Actively collaborate with stakeholders across functions

Identify, formulate, and raise system or process requirements in coordination with the Product Owner

Ensure strict adherence to internal guidelines, policies, and regulatory standards

Oversee the daily operation and utilisation of key tools and processes within the team
YOUR PROFILE

Completed higher education (e.g. university or FH degree)

Several years of relevant professional experience in Client Tax Reporting and Withholding Tax Reclaims

In-depth knowledge of securities, their characteristics, and related taxation principles

Practical experience with tax reporting software “Easy Tax” is considered an advantage

Solid understanding of banking operations, methodologies, and core processes

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with advanced Excel skills
-
Strong customer focus and service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

Collaborative team player with ability to work cross-functionally

Structured, independent, and solution-driven approach to work

High level of responsibility and reliability in day-to-day task execution

Fluent in English (verbal/written); proficiency in German is highly valued and considered a significant advantage
