This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director, Revenue Systems Strategy in France.
This role sits at the core of a rapidly scaling global revenue organization, where you will shape the technical backbone that powers go-to-market performance. You will lead the strategy, architecture, and evolution of the entire revenue systems ecosystem, enabling sales, marketing, and revenue operations teams to operate with speed, precision, and scalability. Working in a highly dynamic, global, and AI-forward environment, you will design and optimize systems that directly influence pipeline generation, conversion, and revenue growth. You will partner closely with senior GTM leadership to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions across complex platforms. The role blends strategic leadership, systems thinking, and hands-on technical oversight across a modern RevOps tech stack. This is a high-impact position where your work directly shapes how revenue is generated and scaled across a global organization.
Accountabilities

Own and evolve the overall revenue systems architecture aligned with go-to-market strategy, ensuring scalability, reliability, and data integrity across all revenue operations platforms.

Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end revenue processes, workflows, and automation across the full GTM lifecycle.

Manage and enhance the core revenue tech stack (including Salesforce and adjacent tools), ensuring seamless integration, adoption, and performance.

Translate business requirements into structured technical solutions, ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, and revenue operations stakeholders.

Drive change management for system implementations and upgrades while fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.

Establish governance, policies, and documentation for revenue operations processes including lead management, opportunity management, segmentation, and data standards.

Lead cross-functional collaboration with IT, data, sales, and product teams to ensure system integrity, security, and operational excellence.

Mentor and develop a team of revenue systems specialists, Salesforce experts, and process analysts while fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
Requirements

8–12+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems leadership roles in high-growth SaaS or scale-up environments.

Proven track record of leading revenue systems strategy, CRM architecture, and complex GTM technology ecosystems.

Deep expertise with Salesforce and strong familiarity with tools such as CPQ, Outreach, Clari, LeanData, 6sense, ZoomInfo, LeadIQ, or equivalent platforms.

Strong understanding of revenue lifecycle processes, including lead routing, opportunity management, segmentation, and forecasting systems.

Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects, lead change management initiatives, and drive adoption of complex systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions.

Experience leading and mentoring technical or operations teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
