The University team is transforming, and we need your Sales DNA!
We are moving away from purely operational support to establish a true Business Development mindset. Reporting directly to Victoire de Joux, you will join an ambitious team to tackle a high-stakes challenge: reactivating dormant partners and conquering new high-potential segments.
Your Mission: Driving Growth & Structuring New Segments
Your role will be highly strategic, combining the reactivation of existing accounts with the development of new market opportunities.

Unlocking Pipeline Potential: You will take ownership of a portfolio of over 250 universities currently classified as "dormant." Your main objective will be to re-engage these partners, identify key decision-makers, and upsell our add-on packages (L1–L4).

Launching the BTS/CFA Segment: You will play an active role in structuring and launching our sales strategy for this new, high-growth academic segment. Everything is to be built from scratch!

Pipeline & Closing Management: You will manage the entire sales cycle: from opportunity qualification (in close alignment with our Success Managers) to final negotiations and contract closing.

Sales Evangelization: You will bring your sales methodology and "closer" mindset to a team that has not historically been sales-driven. You will help refine our pricing, packaging, and overall monetization strategy.

Expansion & Tenders: You will manage incoming leads (inbound) and contribute to requests for proposals (RFPs) across both France and our international markets (ROE scope).
