As an** International Business Developer** within JobTeaser's Sales department, you will be responsible for actively prospecting (90% outbound) and engaging new clients across Europe!
To succeed in this role, you will put your commercial and negotiation skills to work to:

Proactively prospect and engage new clients through outbound activities (cold calling, emailing, social selling), with a personalised approach, targeting enterprise accounts including top European companies, Big4 firms, consulting groups and international organisations.

Build relationships with key decision-makers for JobTeaser: CHROs, Campus Managers, Talent Acquisition Managers and Employer Brand leads.

Own the full sales cycle, from first contact to closing, including solution presentations, negotiation and proposal writing.

Conduct in-person meetings and attend professional events to identify new business opportunities.

Become an expert in Gen Z recruitment to best support your clients in their challenges around young talent.
