About The Team
You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsible for managing third-party logistics capacity for ToB customers. Focus on carrier allocation, mid-to-last mile delivery, exception handling, and cost control to ensure high service levels and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Carrier & Capacity Management. Allocate appropriate carriers for mid-to-last mile delivery based on customer requirements and shipment characteristics.

Daily Operations. Manage daily operations for warehouse & distribution (warehousing + delivery) as well as pure delivery services.

Operational Exception Handling. Monitor delivery performance and proactively resolve exceptions (e.g., lost parcels, transit delays).

Performance Tracking. Track key KPIs: on-time pick-up, on-time delivery, POD completion, and customer complaint rate.

Customs Clearance Coordination. Support or coordinate customs clearance processes for cross-border shipments, ensuring compliance with import/export regulations and smooth handover with carriers.
Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in logistics operations, carrier management, freight forwarding, or e-commerce delivery. Experience with ToB customer management is a strong plus.

Technical Skills: Proficient in data analysis tools; familiarity with logistics systems is an advantage.

Soft Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving abilities; capable of working under pressure and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Customer-oriented, detail-focused, and resilient during peak seasons.

Language: Fluent in English and Mandarin for effective cross-team collaboration.
