About The Team
You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Project Full Cycle Management: Lead project full process (project initiation, design, construction, delivery), formulate progress plans and dynamically adjust, monitor quality, safety, and risks to ensure projects are completed on schedule with high quality.
Resource Coordination and Communication: As client representative, coordinate owners, contractors, and cross-department resources, solve on-site problems, ensure efficient information transmission, promote smooth project execution.
Quality and Compliance Management: Organize engineering acceptance to ensure compliance with national/overseas norms and company standards; cooperate with audit processes, review engineering changes and costs to ensure project compliance and cost control.
Team Management and Enablement: Independently manage project teams, guide grassroots employees' business operations, formulate training plans to enhance team professional capabilities and execution.
Solution Design and Pre-Sales Support: Participate in pre-sales stage, output engineering retrofit solutions and budgets; review equipment technical specifications (such as automation equipment), promote selection and installation to ensure solution feasibility.
Documentation and Knowledge Management: Archive project materials (drawings, contracts, acceptance documents, etc.), organize review meetings, extract experience and optimize processes, promote iterative innovation of management mechanisms.
