Kernaufgaben

Projektmanagement:聽Verantwortung f眉r das End-to-End-Management von Projekten im Bereich Einzelhandel (Retail) und Zahlungsverkehr (Payment), einschlie脽lich Planung, Durchf眉hrung, Monitoring und 脺bergabe.

Systemaufbau:聽Etablierung und Pflege des Projektmanagementsystems; Erstellung von Projektprozessen, Vorlagen und Best Practices.

Ressourcenkoordination:聽Koordination abteilungs眉bergreifender Ressourcen zur Sicherstellung einer termingerechten, qualit盲tsorientierten und budgetkonformen Projektabwicklung.

Risikomanagement:聽Identifikation von Projektrisiken sowie Entwicklung von Gegenma脽nahmen; regelm盲脽iges Reporting des Projektstatus an das Management.

Schnittstellenfunktion:聽Agieren als Br眉cke zwischen Business und IT; 脺bersetzung von Gesch盲ftsanforderungen in ausf眉hrbare Projektpl盲ne.

Anforderungsprofil

Sprachkenntnisse:

Deutsch:聽Niveau B1 oder h枚her (verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift).

Englisch:聽Niveau C1 oder h枚her (verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift).

Chinesisch:聽Muttersprachniveau oder exzellente Kenntnisse.

Berufserfahrung:

Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement.

Payment-Bereich:聽Vertrautheit mit Payment-Produkten, Zahlungsabl盲ufen und Compliance-Anforderungen (z. B. PCI-DSS, PSD2).

Retail-Erfahrung:聽Erfahrung im Online/Offline-Einzelhandel; Verst盲ndnis von O2O- und Omnichannel-Modellen.

Erfahrung im multinationalen/interkulturellen Projektmanagement ist von Vorteil.

Fachkenntnisse:

Sicher in Projektmanagement-Methodiken (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum etc.).

Sicherer Umgang mit Tools wie Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Asana etc.

Starke analytische F盲higkeiten und datengest眉tzte Entscheidungsfindung.

Exzellente Kommunikations-, Koordinations- und Probleml枚sungsf盲higkeiten.

Bildungsweg:

Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder h枚her) in Informatik, BWL, Finanzen oder einem verwandten Bereich.

Zertifizierungen wie PMP, PgMP oder vergleichbare sind w眉nschenswert.
