About The Team
You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What you'll do

Visit customers' homes to install a range of household appliances and guide customers on correct product use

Operate PDA and Driver App to assist the driver with route navigation and order status updates

Work with the driver to carry large items into the customer's designated room, ensuring the safety of both goods and the home

Provide friendly and professional doorstep service, spreading Joy and enhancing overall customer satisfaction
Who you are
-
Basic hands-on skills required; previous experience in appliance or furniture installation is preferred

Must pass a background check with no criminal record

Good command of Dutch and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and explain products
-
(Optional) Holds a valid Category B driving license
