We are seeking a motivated Junior Home-Delivery Installer Engineer to join our team at JoyLogistics.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to learn—no prior experience is necessary, as we provide full, structured training.About the RoleAs a Junior Home-Delivery Installer Engineer, you will be part of a two-person team delivering and installing high-quality domestic appliances (washing machines, fridge freezers, dishwashers, oven/hobs) into customer homes. You will be the face of our company, ensuring a professional, polite, and efficient experience for our customers.Key Responsibilities

Installation: Safely deliver, unpack, install, and test domestic appliances to company standards.

Customer Service: Provide a friendly, professional, and efficient service, ensuring customers are confident in using their new appliances.

Logistics & Setup: Assist with loading the vehicle and managing equipment in line with safety regulations.

Documentation: Use handheld IT devices to complete digital job sheets, reports, and customer handovers.

Removal: Safely uninstall and remove old appliances and packaging.
What We Are Looking For

Driving Licence: Full UK Driving Licence (Category B) is essential, with a comfortable attitude towards driving a company van.

Practical Aptitude: A basic understanding of or interest in plumbing and electrical connections.

Customer Focused: Strong communication skills and a polite manner.

Physical Fitness: Able to handle the manual handling and heavy lifting associated with appliance delivery.
