About The Team
You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
1、 负责PDA、DWS、自动化等设备工具的硬件的日常管理；
2、 负责设备改造、节能降耗、维修施工、设备安全运行，技术指导及工作安排；
3、 负责对设备、设施的维修保养提供技术支持，纠正现场不合理施工、操作方式；
4、 负责对设备的安全状态进行评估，并提出合理化建议。
5、设备验收：基于设备验收规范，开展自动化设备项目测试及验收工作，确保设备质量合格；
6、设备维养：基于设备维养要求，监控各个场地设备维修保养完成情况，并跟进质量检查，确保设备维养工作有效落地；
7、备件管理：基于备件管理要求，制定备件采购计划，并监管库存及出入库的合理性，确保备件储备合理

Responsible for the daily hardware management of PDA, DWS, automation equipment and other tools.

Responsible for equipment modification, energy conservation and consumption reduction, maintenance construction, safe equipment operation, technical guidance and work arrangement.

Responsible for providing technical support for the maintenance of equipment and facilities, and correcting improper on-site construction and operation methods.

Responsible for evaluating the safety status of equipment and putting forward rationalization suggestions.

Equipment Acceptance: Conduct testing and acceptance of automated equipment projects in accordance with equipment acceptance specifications to ensure qualified equipment quality.

Equipment Maintenance: Monitor the completion of equipment maintenance at all sites and follow up on quality inspections in accordance with maintenance requirements to ensure the effective implementation of maintenance work.

Spare Parts Management: Formulate spare parts procurement plans in accordance with spare parts management requirements, supervise the rationality of inventory and inbound/outbound processes to ensure appropriate spare parts reserves.
