How you will do it

Process customer requests efficiently and accurately

Verify input data and ensure compliance with company standards

Manage and process purchase requisitions

Create and submit Purchase Orders

Maintain proper documentation and archive records

Communicate with JCI branches, sites, and suppliers

Act as a local contact point for inquiries, disputes, and order-related questions

Support reporting activities and ensure completion of standard forms

Collaborate with your team to meet deadlines and deliver results

Provide professional support while maintaining confidentiality

Communicate with customers in Italian and English

Salary compensation starting from 1450 EUR/month gross (plus a monthly bonus) based on relevant experience.
