We’re hiring a Project Manager in Budapest to manage Building Automation projects end‑to‑end and work alongside our engineering teams throughout the delivery process.
What you will do:
Project preparation

Work with application engineers to develop the optimal system structure and technical concept

Coordinate the design and planning phases
-
Prepare and run subcontractor tendering processes
Technical & financial project management

Prepare material orders and monitor deliveries
-
Conduct negotiations with subcontractors and partners
-
Cooperate with customers and site stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
-
Solve technical and organizational challenges proactively
-
Ensure projects stay on time, on budget, and aligned with specifications
Project handover

Deliver completed projects at the expected quality level
-
Ensure smooth transfer to our Service team, including documentation and customer briefing
What we are looking for:

Degree in or Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

Solid understanding of heating and cooling systems in large buildings

Fluent in Hungarian

Ability to read and understand electrical and mechanical documentation

Strong sense of ownership with the ability to bring tasks to completion

A collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

Ability to work independently while engaging in cross-functional teamwork and knowledge sharing

Driving license, active driver
-
English language skills are an advantage
