What You Will Do
The HR Operations Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of core HR processes across the organization. In this role, you will support employees and managers across the employee lifecycle, maintaining accurate data, managing HR systems, and handling day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
You鈥檒l contribute to compliance, reporting, and operational excellence while working closely with HR teams and stakeholders. As a trusted point of contact, you will help drive consistency and a positive employee experience through strong communication, collaboration, and attention to detail.
How You Will Do It
In this role, you will be at the heart of HR operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day support for employees and managers while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and a positive employee experience.
HR Administration
Keep HR operations running efficiently by managing employee data and documentation.

Maintain and update employee records

Support onboarding and offboarding documentation

Ensure HR files are accurate, organized, and compliant

Prepare reports and manage data across HR systems
Employee Support
Act as a trusted point of contact, providing reliable and timely support.

Assist employees throughout their lifecycle

Respond to HR-related queries with a customer-focused approach

Communicate proactively with employees, managers, and candidates

Manage requests through HR systems
Payroll, Compliance & Systems
Support key HR processes with accuracy and attention to detail.

Coordinate payroll data, benefits, and employee declarations

Ensure compliance with labor law and internal policies

Support audits and reporting activities

Work with HR systems (e.g., ERP, payroll, access tools) and maintain data integrity
Continuous Improvement & Collaboration
Contribute to improving how HR operates and delivers value.

Identify and support process improvements

Collaborate with HR teams, stakeholders, and external partners

Maintain accurate documentation and follow HR guidelines

Contribute to HR projects, events, and initiatives

**What we look for **
**Required **

**Fluency in English and Hungarian **

Experience with databases and MS Office
