**What You Will Do **
As an HR Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting our employees and managers in all HR-related matters. You will be responsible for providing advice, guidance, and support and ensure we are compliance with local regulations and company standards. You will play a key role in driving HR initiatives to develop and implement HR policies and procedures locally in Denmark. Reporting to the HR Operations Manager for the region, you will be part of a global HR team where we work closely and share best practice.
How you will do it

Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, including personnel matters, organizational changes, sick leave etc. and act as a trusted advisor in all HR-related areas.

HR Processes: You will be responsible for overseeing annual global HR processes and cycles, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with company standards and objectives

Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company and oversee offboarding procedures for departing employees.

Union Collaboration: Communicate and liaise with union representatives, ensuring compliance with collective agreements and fostering positive relationships.

HR Administration: Manage employee records, contracts, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

Collaboration: Regularly engage with our HR team to share best practices. Assist with ongoing HR initiatives and contribute to process improvements.
What we look for

Relevant higher education from a university or college, at a minimum bachelor's level. Preferably within Human Resources or Business Administration.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience within HR, preferably from a global company.

Strong communication skills in Danish and English, both written and spoken. Ability to communicate effectively across organizational levels and boundaries, with strong oral and written presentation skills.

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when required.
