**Key Account Manager, QSR – France **
Your Opportunity
Huhtamaki is currently seeking a results‑driven, customer‑focused** Key Account Manager** to strengthen our Foodservice Packaging segment, managing key quick service restaurant accounts across France.
Reporting to the Category Sales Manager, Foodservice, you will drive new business, build long‑term partnerships and deliver profitable, sustainable growth. You’ll act as the central connection point between customers, operations, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded KAM who is comfortable hunting new business in an international, fast‑paced B2B environment.
Where You’ll Be
This position can be home based in France, ideally located in or near a city with good transport links to Paris and across France.
What You’ll Be Doing

Manage and grow a portfolio of Foodservice/QSR customers across local and national accounts

Identify, pursue and win new clients in line with company strategy

Build retro‑plans with customers and prospects, defining milestones to secure and grow business

Expand product penetration within existing accounts and drive commercial innovation

Prepare monthly and annual forecasts, and lead the 3‑year sales plan and annual budget for your region

Negotiate agreements and pricing in line with internal policies

Use Salesforce to identify opportunities, threats, tasks, and to enter reports of client visits.

Act as the internal voice of the customer, driving cross‑functional alignment

Develop strong technical knowledge of our products and customer specifications

Adopt a hands‑on approach, engaging confidently with CEOs/founders and supporting NPD during filling trials
-
Stay calm and resilient during high‑pressure moments (launches, quality claims, etc.)
What You’ll Bring
-
Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales or account management in Foodservice, ideally managing and hunting quick service restaurant customers

University degree (e.g., Business Administration) or equivalent relevant experience

Strong digital skills (Office suite + CRM/BI tools such as Salesforce, Anaplan, Vendavo, Power BI, ERP systems)

Strong organisational skills and a structured approach to securing and growing business

Ability to innovate and adapt sales strategies to evolving market needs

Hands‑on mindset, comfortable working with all levels from operators to CEOs

Proactive, commercially minded, and eager to grow the business

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills

Perseverance, adaptability, and resilience

Meticulous attention to detail—small technical nuances matter

Training in Key Account Management is an advantage

Fluent in both French & English, any other languages are also an advantage
