**The Impact You’ll Make in this Role **
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive** HR & Company Operations Specialist** to join our team in the Nordics Cluster.
This is an important appointment as the successful candidate will take care of HR operations, payroll, administrative tasks, policy administration, vendor supervision, ethics and compliance, internal communication, IT management, event coordination, and document management.
This role will be based onsite at our office in Oslo (ideally) and travel to our Copenhagen office on a project basis (when required, around every two weeks). Here's how you'll make an impact:

HR Operations: Support Norway & Denmark in implementing HR initiatives and manage local administrative tasks. Connect with external public authorities/stakeholders and fulfill related obligations. Support employee orientation and manage local performance

Payroll Support: Assist with payroll and absence management where needed

Governance Meeting Management: Organize, coordinate, and execute agendas for Board and governance meetings

Operational Support: Provide high-level administrative assistance to the Board and Country Leadership Team, supporting special projects and governance activities

Policy Administration: Communicate and enforce corporate policies, ensuring compliance and handling policy-related queries

Procurement & Payment Processing: Support purchase order management, invoice processing, and coordination with vendors/requestors, finance, and procurement

Vendor & Service Provider Supervision: Oversee and communicate with third-party service providers related to company administration and legal entity operations

EHS Compliance: Assist in managing health and safety processes within the organization

Ethics & Compliance Partner: Act as the point of contact for Ethics & Compliance to promote a culture of ethics and compliance within the entity

Internal Communication: Facilitate internal communication to employees and between various functions within the legal entity/entities

IT & Office Management: Oversee IT equipment orders, office supplies, and vendor coordination in collaboration with central IT

Event & Meeting Coordination: Support in organizing corporate events and engagements

Document & Signature Management: Manage documentation distribution, approval workflows, and digital signature processes in government portals as applicable
**Your Skills and Expertise **
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

HR experience: knowledge of local labor laws for Norway & Denmark

Strong communications: verbal and written communication skills to liaise with country management, and cross-functional teams

Problem-solving & decision-making: Ability to work independently and resolve

Multitasking & time management: Skilled in handling multiple priorities efficiently and meeting deadlines

Technology & systems proficiency: SAP experience (preferred), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and digital signature platforms
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

Native proficiency in either Norwegian or Danish, English proficiency
