Job Description:
This vacancy refers to three permanent Full Time positions.
The resource will be responsible for managing Extremely time-critical Air shipments, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines within the fashion industry, handling high-value and delicate goods, adapting to frequent last-minute changes and maintaining close interaction with luxury brands or fashion houses while delivering a high level of customer service.
The “senior” aspect means you’re not just executing tasks; you’re also handling complex cases, key clients, and sometimes mentoring juniors.
Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end air shipments (export/import)

Handle urgent fashion timelines

Act as main contact for clients

Manage documentation (AWB, customs clearance, invoices)

Solve disruptions (delays, customs issues, damages)

Work closely with airlines, warehouses, custom, customers.

Monitor KPIs and service performance

Support or supervise junior team members
Skills

Strong knowledge of air freight operations

Experience in fashion/logistics industry (preferred)

Familiarity with customs procedures and Incoterms

Excellent communication & client management

Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure

Languages (English + Italian)
