Job Description:
The Proposal Team supports the UPS Sales Force in the United States. By adding a new team member to this role, we aim to efficiently manage all internal requests for QBR and QVP support, while delivering tailored UPS responses aligned with each customer’s unique needs and objectives—driving growth and supporting broader business goals.
His/Her role is to:

Creating proposal documents, presentations which focus on a customer needs and objectives specific to UPS US customers

Researching content library and Seismic
-
Developing customized slides
-
Ensuring compliance with UPS brand guidelines
-
Take ownership of the administrative side of the project (organize and moderate internal calls, involve UPS Subject Matter Experts from various fields of expertise, follow up with tender participants on work progress etc.)

Performing simple calculations using UPS calculators and other existing tools to support customer proposals

Translating data outputs into clear, actionable insights tailored to customer needs

Integrating data-driven findings into proposals and presentations to highlight UPS value
We expect from applicants:

Fluent in English (written and spoken);

Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

Very high competency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint)

Organized, flexible with attention devoted to timelines and quality of task performed

Team player but able to work independently

Ability to understand customer situation and requirements as well as UPS needs;

Positive attitude

Comfortable performing basic calculations and using standardized tools to analyze data

Ability to interpret data and present insights in a clear and concise manner for customer-facing materials

US/EU working hours available

At least 6 months employment track at current position in UPS
