Job Description:
Job Summary
This position work with UPS systems, and internal and external contacts to ensure employees are paid correctly.
Responsibilities:

Supports payroll processes.

Communicates with internal and external stakeholders.

Maintains confidentiality of payroll information.

Prepares reports and summaries.
Qualifications:
-
Solid written and verbal English communication skills
-
Fluency in at least one additional language (French, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, or Czech)

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Ability to gather and analyze large amounts of information and work under time pressure
-
Capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
-
Availability to work flexible schedule in hybrid model (1-2 days per week in the office)
-
Prior payroll experience will be considered an advantage
-
At least 6-month employment track at current position in UPS (for internal candidates)
