Key responsibilities

Lead the聽design, testing, and rollout聽of HELIX鈥攐ur next-generation global platform for order and warehouse management

Propose, test, and implement smart solutions that improve our聽healthcare logistics systems, including WMS and shipping platforms

Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, supporting聽compliance and operational excellence

Work directly with clients, operations teams, engineers, quality control, and global IT to deliver high-impact solutions

Manage cross-functional projects with a high degree of聽ownership and visibility

Receive dedicated training on聽healthcare compliance systems聽and UPS鈥檚 digital tools

Your qualifications & experience
-
Education:聽a degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or similar
-
Experience:聽1+ year in supply chain, logistics, or consulting roles. Healthcare logistics experience is a big plus

Tech & Systems:聽familiar with SCM systems (SAP, WMS, TMS); strong in MS Office; Visio, SQL, and Access are a plus

Mindset:聽analytical thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills

Language:聽fluent English (written and spoken)

Mobility:聽willingness to travel as needed
