Job Description:

Leading, coordinating 8-person team in Accounts Receivable Department
-
Monitoring, controlling & supporting the team’s performance
-
Ensuring that accuracy & compliance with procedures are met
-
Ensuring that the team’s work deadlines are met
-
Coordinating various projects, processes, system & processes implementation
-
Resolving day to day issues within AR Department , other departments and customers
-
Handling queries from internal and external Customers & reacting accordingly
-
Supporting other Team Leaders and employees within UPS
-
Reporting - KPI and many others
-
Conducting Recruitment Interviews
We expect from the applicants:
-
Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken), Dutch or French would be an additional asset
-
Ability to work in a team and organize team’s work
-
Highly developed communication skills
-
Delegating skills
-
Problem-solving attitude
-
Ability to analyze figures and processes
-
Good knowledge of MS Excel
-
Knowledge of AR processes will be an advantage

At least 6 month employment track at UPS (for internal candidates)
