Anti-Money Laundering Reporting Officer(Supervisor position)
Position Objective
Ensure the company's compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) regulations by implementing, supervising, and reporting activities in accordance with applicable laws.
Main tasks and responsibilities

Develop and implement policies, procedures, and internal control mechanisms related to AML/CFT.

Monitor transactions and identify activities that may indicate money laundering or terrorist financing.

Report suspicious transactions to the General Inspector of Financial Information (GIIF).

Conduct employee training on AML/CFT topics.

Collaborate with supervisory authorities and internal/external auditors.

Regularly report to the management board on compliance status and AML/CFT risks.

Assess risks related to clients, products, and distribution channels.

Responsible to the competent legal authorities for any violations of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (AML/CFT) regulations.

Higher education (preferred fields: law, economics, finance, security).

Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, AML/CFT, or audit.

Knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and guidelines from the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (UKNF) and EBA.

Fluent English.

Ability to analyze risk and make decisions.

High professional ethics and ability to work under pressure.

Recommended certifications for: CAMS, ICA, CFE.*
