About the role
Ensuring IATF compliance by handling and tracing the Customer Specific Requirements implementation in our Quality Management System.
What You Will Do
-
Overall responsible person for CSR Management and a global process expert
-
First point of contact for stakeholders (e.g. Customer, Functional Owner, Program Managers) regarding CSR Management
-
Representation of CSR Management in process reviews and audits (e.g. IATF, ASPICE)
-
Defining and maintaining the CSR Management Process and Strategy applicable to the projects and products, together with the Project Requirements Manager
-
Define structure and priority of CSRs (IATF relevant/non-relevant)
-
Collect CSRs from defined sources, create a CSR baseline and conduct a Gap Analysis for the new document version to identify the changes
-
Definition of tool-based rules to drive the requirements analysis

Notify the customer that the document was received/, analysed and communicate the final feedback

Set up of organisational reference structure (FO, St C, etc.) for CSR Management

Organisation and execution of the CSR Management process training, including the CSR Management Plan

Support and coaching on CSR process and tooling questions

Moderator of CSR Steering Committee

Measuring and reporting of requirements analysis progress, and summarising it to the project KPI
-
Ensure CSR traceability and the existence of requirement implementation evidence

Trigger the CRM team when a CSR has a cost/planning impact and a Change Request is needed, following the CRM process

Trigger the PSCR team for PSCR analysis of CSRs
**What You Need to Be Successful **

Expert knowledge of requirements management

Communication and moderation skills

Good knowledge of CSR according to IATF standard and other related standards/norms/Governmental Agencies documents/customer requirements from portals

Good knowledge of the requirements management standard process

Knowledge of Requirements Management Tool

Configuration management rules and tools, especially baselining
-
Knowledge of process models (e.g. Automotive SPICE®)
