The Technical Integration & Operations Specialist is a hybrid technical role designed to bridge solution integration (Build) and platform operations (Run).
The position starts with strong involvement in technical integration, configuration, and customer-facing activities, building a deep understanding of data flows, architectures, and deployment choices.
This knowledge is then leveraged to progressively take operational ownership, ensuring platform stability, reliability, and continuous improvement in Run.
The ultimate objective is to anchor operational excellence in hands-on integration expertise, avoiding a disconnect between project delivery and ongoing operations.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Integration & Build Activities (Initial Core Scope)

Participate in the implementation and integration of Generix solutions for national and international customers.

Configure platform components according to project specifications and technical guidelines.

Perform data mappings and message transformations (XML, EDI, IDOC, etc.).

Act as a technical reference during integration phases, including:

unit testing,
-
integration testing,
-
user acceptance testing (UAT).

Support solution upgrades and version management in multi-client and single-client environments.

Coordinate and validate specific technical developments required to meet customer needs.

Produce and maintain technical documentation covering configurations, integrations, and design decisions.
2. Run & Operations Ownership (Progressive Responsibility)

Gradually take ownership of platform operations for defined scopes (customers, solutions, or components).

Analyze incidents and operational issues with a build-to-run mindset, identifying root causes linked to design, configuration, or integration choices.

Ensure effective communication with customers regarding incidents, progress, and resolution.

Monitor recurring issues and contribute to corrective and preventive action plans.

Act as an interface between support, project, development, cloud, and hosting teams to ensure efficient operational resolution.

Contribute to operational readiness during go-live and post-deployment phases.
3. Industrialization & Continuous Improvement

Capitalize on integration experience to improve run procedures, monitoring, and operational standards.

Contribute to the industrialization of go-live and run processes.

Enrich knowledge bases and documentation to improve support efficiency and knowledge transfer.

Share operational feedback to influence technical standards, integration patterns, and product improvements.
