Main Purpose
-
Search for new markets and customers in alignment with our German sales strategy.
-
Maintain relationships with existing customers and analyze sales trends.
-
Prepare action plans and follow up on sector developments and innovations.
-
Identify and leverage opportunity areas to achieve sales targets.
-
Regularly enter and monitor sales budgets in the system.
-
Manage project entry and follow-up.
-
Conduct customer visits and provide price offers.
-
Prepare and present related reports.
Tasks
-
Manage our customers in Germany and other European countries.
-
Plan and execute visits to existing and prospective customers.
-
Share customer visit reports with sales top management.
-
Send new projects to R&D for evaluation.
-
Coordinate customer sample requests, follow up on progress, and share results with R&D.

Prepare monthly sales reports and share them with top management.
Requirements
-
Higher education degree.
-
Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar position.
-
Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken.

Advanced computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software).

Valid driver’s license.

Strong team player.
-
Ability to handle confidential information.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Highly communicative, responsible, and detail-oriented.
-
Goal-oriented, able to perform under pressure, and committed to learning and improvement.
