Monitor and ensure compliance with international sanctions regulations, including EU, US, and UK legal frameworks;

Manage data protection matters both internally and externally (employees, customers, partners, and counterparties), including GDPR and other EU/UK/US regulations, as well as internal policies;

Supervise internal compliance processes, including conducting KYC and KYS procedures;

Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), Legitimate Interest Assessments (LIAs), and Transfer Impact Assessments (TIAs), and draft related data protection and privacy documentation;

Handle service abuse notices, takedown requests, and disclosure requests from copyright holders, authorities, and other parties;

Communicate with authorities, banks, and internal departments on matters within scope of responsibility;

Develop and review workflows for handling service abuse and takedown notices;

Support the Compliance Manager in assessing compliance risks and handling related tasks;

Assist the Compliance Manager with due diligence related to business operations;

Identify and flag key compliance issues and trends, and escalate them to management;

Stay up to date with regulatory developments and evolving best practices in compliance and risk control.
